The Heirophant staff has created this site for your personal enjoyment, entertainment and education. However, you are only authorized to access this site or to use the materials contained in the site (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws, and to these Terms of Use which constitute an Agreement between you and The Heirophant. Please read this document carefully and familiarize yourself with the guidelines set forth within. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use outlined on this page, you should leave this site immediately. Any questions or comments regarding, or problems with, this site should be sent to the site administrators.

The Heirophant reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement without notice at any time. It is therefore important that you read this page regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes. If you become aware of misuse of this site by any person, please contact the site administrators with your concerns.

Access and Use

All materials contained in this Site are protected by international copyright laws and must only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. This means that you may only view or download material from this site for your own use and you must keep all copyright and other proprietary notices attached to the downloaded material. You may not use any content within The Heirophant for the development of another publication such as a website or magazine without prior consent of the site administrator.

The reproduction, duplication, distribution, publication, modification, copying or transmission of material from this site is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained the prior written consent of The Heirophant or unless it is expressly permitted by this site. The material covered by this prohibition includes, without limitation, any text, graphics, logos, photographs, audio or video material or stills from audiovisual material available on this Site. The use of materials from this site on any other web site or networked computer environment is similarly prohibited. Requests for permission to reproduce or distribute materials found on this site can be made by contacting The Heirophant.

Interactive Features Guidelines

Users at The Heirophant are able to participate in interactive areas such as The Heirophant Council and our Internet Relay Chat channel. You are welcome to post messages and other materials (which include uploading files, inputting data or any other materials or engaging in any form of communication in connection with this site) to message forums, chat rooms or other public areas within, or in connection with this site. However, The Heirophant accepts no responsibility whatsoever in connection with or arising from such messages.

While we encourage participation in our message board, we require that registered users abide by the following guidelines outlined below:

Registered members of our online community are expected to converse in a mature, civil manner. To maintain an atmosphere that encourages intelligent discussion, we expect when using our message board that you converse in a thoughtful, respectful manner that is comprehensible and well-organized.

Language: If you wish to use our community features, you must communicate in English only. We do not provide designated areas for individuals speaking any other language.

Spam: Post relevant topics and replies pertaining to subject matter consistent with the forum you're posting in. Expressing your ideas, agreements and disagreements, and thoughts are always welcome. Harassment, offensive behavior, and disrespect towards administrators and other users will result in your account and IP being banned. If you're the first offending user of an allowed free ISP service, your entire ISP will be banned. This action is the consequence of all following guidelines unless otherwise noted.

Advertising: We ask that you do not create threads or replies with the inherent purpose of advertising your site. Members are allowed to advertise their website in their signatures only. The advertising of other community sites apart from The Heirophant is forbidden under any circumstance.

Signatures: Please keep your signature size reasonable. We ask that your signature not exceed the dimensions of 450 pixels wide by 150 pixels tall. Refrain from including unnecessarily large image files in your signature that may hinder or complicate the loading of threads for other users. If your signature alters our message board interface/layout, it will be removed without notice. Continued and/or intentional disregard for this term may result in the deletion or banning of the user account in question.

Accounts: One account is permitted per user. Pick your username wisely as we do not allow username changes. Duplicate accounts will be deleted. Offending user IPs may be banned if the problem persists.

NOTE: Freedom of Speech is a United States constitutional protection guaranteeing that the government will not oppress your political speech. We are not the government.

Although we will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off our community, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and The Heirophant cannot be held responsible for the content of any message.

We have the right to delete, edit, move or close any thread, and ban any user for any reason.

Termination

The Heirophant reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or access to, this site at any time if The Heirophant decides at its sole discretion that you have breached this Agreement or any relevant law, rule or regulation or you have engaged in conduct that The Heirophant considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable.
