If Pogo were in the band, would be better because Chris make some mistakes but whatever, this line-up is great :] maniac master 12-03-2007, 11:02 AM i'm really fuckin' stunned! it was just awesome! i'd like to tell you everything: so, at 2 o'clock we wanted to leave my home, but one mate forgot his ticket... we finally arrived at 5:30 at the sporthalle. normally it's just about 2 hours to drive ô.O. it was so goddamn rainy and we all were totally wet when they finally let us into the building. i was very near to the podest, like 5th row, or somethin'. i thought we waited a fuckin' century until turbonegro started to play. the moshing was really hard, but it was nice. hehe^^ the turbojugend sucked a bit... the frontman made some really funny jokes about hamburg. about the reeperbahn and stuff... all my friends are dead! :) finally turbonegro finished their show (i really liked it) and there was a 30min break (the music in the breaks was bad...). then later, the light turned out again. the intro music began and everybody was fuckin' excited. in btw. i got into the 2. row directly in front of the podest. really nice view!^^ but the crowd was so goddamn great.^^ you know the point were you can't get enough air to breath? that was the whole time!^^ so this big carpet thing with the 2 big M's fell down and mansn appeard. i know exactly what mfy meant when he said that everything was so fuckin' unreal. it was like a dream, if you know what i mean... there have been no setlist changes as far as i know. the podest, the burning bible, the podium, the robot ERW and the knive-mic were used. but i didn't see anything that looked like a boxing ring... the songs were alright, no fuckups as far as i know and manson was in a VERY VERY great mood. he smiled and his voice was nice! and he came down to the crowd. i missed to touch him, damn... there was a guy who filmed the whole stuff. no, wait 2 guys... i hope it'll be released one day. overall, it was the best fuckin' day in my life! really! i hope he'll come back to HH one day... the tour-crew did throw the drumsticks and the plecs into the crowd. i wasn't able to get one... and one girl got the setlist. i went over to her and asked her if she can make a pic of it and put it up into the internet. lol, she just said 'no'. man, i was angry. bitch. i would like to see a bootleg of this show. i didn't see the 2 tapers that i got in contact with, before... i hope they'll release it! so, have a nice day, mates! \m/ \m/ (i called hardy after the show. he was already to bed... but it was good to hear his voice at least! sry, dude!^^) Norsefire 12-03-2007, 12:03 PM Was full complety the site of concert? The setlist, as someone has mentioned before, was typical for this part of the tour, full set. No Car Crash. It was The Rabbit of course. Manson looked like/acted like in the old days, pumped up with adrenaline, enjoying the show, manipulating the crowd, proud during the AS, sweet and romantic during the Vampire, dirty and pervert while singing Sweet Dreams or the Dope Show. Constant eye contact with the front rows, in several cases reaching and touching "the hands of small children" lol Jumped off the stage and sang while being agressively molested by the audience twice, both times during the BP. I thought they would tear him apart. Almost no mistakes in the lyrics, besides singing "the more that you fear us" a bit too early. Skold looked like a statue, just perfect. Proud and daring at the same time. Fish seemed to be into the whole thing all the time, smiling and making faces to the front rows. The whole eye contact thing was amazing because they almost didn't use any smoke, probably because the whole show was filmed by the MM staff, using at least two cameras in the front, and one huge proffessional camera at the back. After the show we left the venue and went to the bus/truck "camp" behind the building. There was almost no security, so we just waited near the buses, saw Manson leaving, his bodyguard refused to let us close to him, but sent a guy to pick up our tickets and so in like 10 minutes we had the autographs of the whole band except Tim who... ...just came to us , with a bottle of champagne(he was "looking for the Turbonegro guys to have a drink with them"). After a short chat and making our tickets complete with his autograph, he went to his wife. Tim said something more about "making these guys angry" but I didn't get it quite clearly so I don't know if it was about my mates getting angry at him for not letting us film or some staff members. Anyway, he was really cool and relaxed but at this point his tone of voice was saying "DO turn off the camera". Later I'll upload a short clip of Tim and his wife at the bus and the 2 sec clip of Tim talking to us. But I have to admit that I forgot too much of the lyrics of some songs which I once called my personel top5. zb. The Reflecting God :( I was really ashamed of myself! The time between Turbonecro and Manson must have been longer then 30 mins. I thought it lasted forever. And the worst thing was that EMDM hadn´t been played. It is my favourite song atm and I was really looking forward to celebrate it live. I saw some youtube live vids of this song so I thought it will be played (as the last song like @ the CD) but then the light just turned on and 300+ stagepeople raided the stage to "paint over the evidence". I was close to crying. Maybe the host forced Manson to stop the concert because it got too late (11pm)?? God I loved Manson live - like everybody said befor - his voice was briliant, the band extra + and I too had the impression that Manson really enjoyed being here. The crowd was good too. Its a shame but it was my first MM concert, but I am sure it will not be the last! The muscle ache says it all.... (standing still hurts, moving even more - it was my first concert in 5-7 years (RATM)) <3 MM !
