^^^^ Good question, Ive done a bit of research, According to the terms and condidtions of the Town Hall which was in a rather lenghtly PDF file I found somewhere It stated that photo's taken at events are not to be republished comercially, e.g.Magazines. Although I dont think that camera's will be allowed, But all the people Ive talked to say that once you get the camera in its all sweet from there, so yeah I assume that you will have to smuggle it in, maybe not, Im taking mine too!!!!!!, hope I helped

I tried to go to the seated area of Tenacious D (I wasn't feeling very well) and they refused entry to the area. Glad I didn't in the end because I started feeling better and got quite close to the stage.

and another - I think it might've been Tell Me Where It Hurts by Garbage, can't quite remember. I was well impressed. Also seen Closer by NIN on there, Tarantula by Smashing Pumpkins - lots of obscure older shit too.

I thought the lack of all props and all the fluffy stuff was fucking great. He was grinning his head off and stomping around and just .. having loads of fun.


During Are You The Rabbit? he was fucking leaping around on the stage with his hands in his pants and he dropped his pants and rubbed his ass and it was totally porn. He took people's shirts off them and rubbed them in his crotch down his pants and threw them back to them whilst dancing like a fucking stripper. It was excellent.

The opening band got utterly assraped. During their 5 song (each song was 2-3 minutes) set, everyone was just screaming 'FUCK OFF!' 'YOU SUCK!' 'PLAY SOME MANSON!' and giving them the finger

The venue was rather small, and PACKED, and EVERYONE was just going fucken MENTAL through the WHOLE thing.

After that he went apeshit and was like 'YOU FIIIIIIIIILTHY MOTHERFUCKERS! You know how to BE! OBSCENE! BE! BE OBSCENE!'

omg it was awesome.

Then Hate Anthem, then the bullshit fire, and lucky I got my spot against the rail back, albeit surrounded by different people, but EatMeDrinkMe pushed through and was like 'FREDDY! HELP ME!' so I had my arm around her for most of the rest of the show. She is only little and lovely and required looking after.

Funny moments:

Almost touching my hand during The Beautiful People and not being able to reach my hand so he wedged a chunk of wax out of the security guard's ear and flicked it at my face.

Rob taking a sip out of 2 water bottles and tossing them gently to me and Ash/EatMeDrinkMe to drink.

Me playing air bass at Rob directly in front of him with my arms hanging over the rail and Rob made crazy smiles at me and played at me.

Marilyn dragging a girl onto the stage and putting his arm around her and then pushing her backwards into the crowd and laughed and everyone pissed themselves laughing and mocked her in the way only a Kiwi crowd could.

I don't understand why you have such a great big problem. But I do find it funny because most of the things I say i'm joking about. If the internet is such serious business. I mean, i'm gutted I missed a show I really wanted to be at and obviously that made me post a few negative thoughts.

I was in the pit until near the end of Reflecting God when security pulled me out of the crush. It was fucking great!!

Manson is a fucking awesome showman! Fantastic show! Great sound! Lots of interaction with the crowd. So glad I managed to stay right in front of the catwalk until I was pulled out.

I'm 100% sure that is my hand there.

I've seen him make the goat-horns hand gesture behind his head like a pair of rabbit ears during that song, but hopping around would be taking it to a whole new level!!!

Right, well I got to be to right in front of Skold for the concert, before the "fire". It was pretty surreal to be standing right infront of Skold and in all his glory. I glanced slightly to his left where his guitars were stored....and there's some girl standing there on stage....EVAN! She was there from beginning to end, looked straight at me when I pointed her out to my friend (though i'm sure she didn't hear me cause music had just started to play). She did put her heart-shaped glasses on during the song.


The fire was a REAL annoyance - I was really gutted cause I stayed at the stage for ages until I was basically dragged by one of the guards, I was barely out the door before we were pulled back inside. I seriously thought that the gig would be over, Manson would be pissed and refuse to come back on, thank fuck that wasn't the case. Although it was amusing to have the siren-intro to Car Crash whilst having police/fire officers all around the place. I did lose my place but only ended up a few rows back, and was surprisingly less intense there which was good (I have terrible balance in mosh pits).

Manson was understandably pissed about the fire drill, made a comment to the effect of "New Zealand, they set off a fire alarm to try and make us leave, but I stayed, and you all stayed. This next song is dedicated to all of you, it's called 'fire in your fucking pussy'" and thus started the next song (though i'm sure this was for Heart Shaped Glasses). He had plenty to say during songs, which was great. Seemed to enjoy talking to us, which was great.

Rob had a great stage presence, as did Manson (naturally). During PHIH he started to sing towards Evan, who was amused, then poked her tongue out at him. Skold grabbed his crotch at one point and sort of jiggled it around at one point during Rabbit which was amusing.

Just before Rock Is Dead played, Manson wanted a 'rock! rock! rock!' chant like we did for Fight Song, but no one was quite sure what to do so the audience was quite '....' about it - Manson looked a bit confused and blasted into the song regardless.

After the show, I went to go pick up a tour poster because I wanted something to remember the night by - was just about to have my order taken, when ANOTHER "fire alarm" went off. They closed off the store, dragged us out once again and told everyone they weren't allowed back in, and would have to pick up their jackets and so fourth tomorrow. After some protests they managed to let some people get their stuff. All in all, Manson put on a great show, even the the venue and venue stuff were terrible.

Fun note: Both Ziggy Stardust and Suffragette City played before Manson came on stage, as did Smack My Bitch Up - which was a crowd pleaser.

DIRECTLY opposite the stage.

No one in front of me either, best view of the entire venue.

I saw everything, except Evan, who sounds like she was slightly off stage.

But yes, very fucking good show, one of THE best concerts I've been to.

One of my friend managed to get herself a shirt, alarm started when she was buying it and she didn't have enough to buy me a poster either.
