This is Manson's first time in Romania and I can't wait to see him... I heard (so it's just a rumour) that there will be some important documentary about this festival, because it's the first time that Manson and Alice Cooper will perform on the same stage and it's quite an event. Manson is the last one to perform on July 1, and Alice Cooper will be his opening act :)) But really, I can't wait to see that, and I have a VIP ticket, which means I'm gonna be somewhere in the front. Who else is that lucky? (not rhetorical)

I'm 5'2'', so I know very well that short people have a hard time dealing with the crowds :P And don't worry, I'm not spoiled and I'm not rich either. Upon first viewing, I couldn't tell if he fucked up or not (due to both it being sort of a jumbled video and me running on a very little amount of sleep) but after watching again...yeah, he really does, lol. I cringed. Once he regains himself, it's alright though.

The show wa pretty cool, Manson's voice was very good and Tim played guitar like a motherfucker.
After waiting about 20 minutes for the show to start (damn that lazy Manson, always being late) the show debuted with that sample from a 1950's movie's soundtrack (that sounds pretty nice and romantic if you ask me). Then came IIWYV with the moon and the ticking clock in the background, nothing special about this song. Disposable teens was very energic as always with the cemetery picture in the background.YAMATDM3 was fucking brilliant, Skold started playing the guitar with one of those...(i don't recal the word) sticks you play the violin with. Most of the songs were played the same as the other shows from the tour except for sweet dreams where MM invited Cooper on stage for a duo.(Alice also invited Manson on stage to sing along on one of his songs) Tim Tim really amazed me because he only fucked about 2 notes during the entire show and was swinging that guitar like he was in a music video. He was fabulous. Sorry i can't write anymore but i'm at work and I had only 4 hours of sleep last night. I'll be back later with more.

LOL, I found my way of perdition into NIN, LOL, but I still consider myself a big MM fan ;). I came back though, in a way, with the whole EMDM era :D. Hi, to you too!

I'm not sure if there'll be a full bootleg. People in Romania are new into these kinds of concerts/festivals. We didn't really got many of these here so basically it's like we're at the beginning (for example people in the crowd STILL don't know how they should act etc. meaning, to not think only about yourself but also for the sake of the WHOLE crowd). I was so damned upset after I woke up today and a friend told me the whole thing was aired because today I was going to buy a tape and expecting for the show to be aired on tv and record it properly. I hope they'll be airing it again. In any case I'll be prepared to record it when the time will come (if it will). That's another thing that makes me angry about people in Romania: we're still not used to making video bootlegs and stuff like that (some people don't even know about torrents yet o.O because of their ignorance), so therefore if some MM fan out there who couldn't afford buying a ticket probably didn't even think of recording it on tape and then converting it into .VOB. But who knows, maybe I'm just a little bit TOO pesimistic in my way :). Perhaps someone DID record it and to be honest I FUCKING HOPE SO!!!

From what I see there are some recordings and some people are processing them and all, but I don't know in what quality/format/dimensions and etc. Anyways, I'll get back soon as I have more details and news.

It's awesome that they rocked out for Alice's set (especially since he blows so badly these days -- ha). I wish "Sweet Dreams..." wouldn't have blown so much, though.

I really do think that Manson has a nervousness issue which causes him to blow special events sometimes. A shitload of live, uncensored, pro-shot shows are the worst Manson shows out there, he almost misspelled "DRUGS" at the 4/20 show, "Sweet Dreams (live with Alice Cooper)," etc.

I'm pretty sure that was part of Manson's rationale...the earliest Manson shows were in 1989, so Marilyn Manson is turning (or has turned, I guess) 18 this year.

The more I think about it, the more I hope this is just a sneak-peak of things to come.

I really, really hope Manson does a full-scale, studio recording of "Eighteen." If he's ever gonna do it, this is probably his last chance to do it and have it make any sense.

Plus, it'd be awesome if he made it a single and shot a video for it...it'd be yet another perfect opportunity to make a kick-ass video with Evan Rachel Wood, and he could totally play up the age thing just right.

He's not a Lolita-obsessed, creepy old pedophile, you see? He just wants to be with a girl his own age!!

we have a reliable official source (a guy that basically supports music and that shots/videos/takes interviews/is in the music business) that said he talked with MM's tour manager and it seems monsieur MM hit his head before the concert when he got out of his van. That's the main reason we had to wait for him (after the Alice Cooper concert) aprox. 25 minutes, and the long breaks between the songs. It seems that even the playlist was chaged (he had really big headaches), so he could play songs that wouldn't strain him too much. The guy also suggests that MM's tour manager wanted to cancel the show but B'estival organizers oposed to that. After the show Manson stayed 1h in his dressing room.

On the other hand I looked on the boards and in Slovenia they played THE SAME number of songs (even though we still consider there were few and in Paris or somewhere else he played 4 more songs) with some small changes in the playlist (ex: Great big white world etc.).

I was in second row with one hand on the barrier. I had a VIP ticket the same as you did and I actually felt like you, how we say: "mi-am luat o mare teapa, ce mai...". I arrived there at 17:00 and after I saw the situation going on there, that already kids had taken the place on first row I panicked so I just took one drink of water (I didn't even take the 2 free drinks) all day and just stayed there to maybe get in the first row (which didn't happen in the end). It was awful: the kids in the crowd were just a pain in the ass (because, goddamit it was FULL of them). These children never went to ONE damned concert before and therefore they don't understand HOW you're supposed to act at a concert in the crowd. I felt like I was gonna kill every single one onf them, LOL. So yeah, I will never do this kind of mistake again, with the tickets. I'll just buy normal ones and stay in front (for crying out loud, it was almost 3 times more expensive than the "normal" ticket). From this point of you, B'estival organizers are scamers, because they DIDN"T explain 100% acurate the status of the tickets.

I said: I need to know some good/FASTER programs that transfer into dvd data video things that you recorded. Any recs?

they replied: that question is not well written - i'm assuming you're talking about converting video files on your hard drive into dvd format. this can be a time consuming thing if it's done (processed) correctly, so faster is not better. it also depends on your setup (processor, video card, ram, etc).

So, if you could give me more details about in what format did you record (PAL, NTSC), or the device you used, or originally in WHAT kind of format do you have the video files that you recorded (.avi, .mpg etc.).

For example, the snippets I recorded are PAL, .avi

I buy normal ticket and i was at the concert at 19:30. and at alice cooper i didint go in the crowd.and then when alice end i go on manson`s stage and i get a good place.and my girfriend was right in front with the hands on that barrier and i was behind her and she didint buy a vip ticket. This vip tickets are a big "TEAPA".
