View Full Version : Marilyn Manson in Chapel Hill, NC 1995???? pwcca 05-21-2007, 10:00 AM I just recieved a live DVD trough a trade which states that its Marilyn Mansons performance in Chapel Hill, NC 1995 (no full date unfortunately). The problem is that I cant seem to find any record of this show taking place in this city at all. I was wondering if anyone knows any info about this at all? Maybe whoever traded it originally got the city wrong... or this is a date that has been left off the tour list here on phant, I dont know paraffinalien 05-22-2007, 12:22 AM this is most likely the same date as what mansonusa.com lists as "carrboro, nc -the cats cradle." carrboro is a suburb of chapel hill, which is in turn a suburb of raleigh-durham. they are essentially all the same city but this is a snobby college town (home of UNC tarheels, WOLFPACK and DUKE blue devils)that tries to distance itself from itself and the rest of the country. carrboro is especially elitist even though at heart we are just a poor white trash hick town. the cats cradle is pretty much all that the city has going. if you are a denizon of manson folklore you will want to know that this is the location where marilyn set drummer sara lee lucas on fire... enjoy the DVD! maniac master 05-22-2007, 01:28 PM tell us the tracklist! if you are a denizon of manson folklore you will want to know that this is the location where marilyn set drummer sara lee lucas on fire...
