I just found out that I am probably going. I am thinking about joining the Slayer fan base just to secure a good seat, I want to be close as I have been every other time I have seen MM live. I would love to meet up with people, as it stands, I'll be flying in from Winnipeg on Friday morning and flying back Saturday sometime, so I am open to parties. I'll be traveling alone too, gf is going to a HP convention the week before in T.O.

And just to let everyone know, according to the Slayer official website, the tix for Toronto go on sale next Friday, and their pre-sales a day earlier. HoH, if you go would love to chill, as well as with you Lydia if you are the same Lydia as before, MM backstage 2000?

Did you get them through an online reseller? If you had waited a few weeks you probably could have gotten better seats for cheaper...

EDIT: It is listed on ticketmaster now. Onsale: 2.00PM, May 25. Tix are $59.50CND. It says lawn seating not available.

you guys all got screwed, on the ticketmaster canada site, the tickets went on sale this morning, all you needed was a code/password...i just guess at it for about 1 minute....it turned out to be "glasses" then you could buy the pit tickets... i got mine no problem, but they are sold out already. i might be listing some extras on ebay, or pm me with a offer and how many you want. they retailed for $70 + $15 in service charges

I used a Visa and got floor tickets without a problem, you weren't doing something right. You were probably on the American Ticketmaster or something, but that still doesn't make an ounce of sense. Sorry about your luck though.

No. Not for this. Sometimes the floor is divided up into reserved areas for which the floor1/2/3 is applicable, but this show is general standing unreserved. It's just the computer thing...

I don'ty have a cell phone, but I am pretty sure I am going to fly into Toronto on the Thursday night, and stay in a hotel for 2 or 3 nights and then head home. I do have a floor ticket, but I am not too sure how I really feel about a floor ticket in a pit by myself, especially for Slayer, I have seen them before and it was a fucking riot. If anyone has a ticket in the very lower area of the 200 section and are going by themselves and wants a pit ticket instead, PM me, I might be willing to make a swap, I have been in a pit for a few MM shows already, I don't really need the experience.

That's the "front of the line" AmEx thing. You could have bought floors with the regular Ticketmaster "find tickets" drop-down menu, and chosen GA. The American Express thing is a bonus priority ticketing service for people who have AmEx cards. Some partnership deal they have with each other or something. Like a rewards program.

Yeah, I had no desire to stand in a Marilyn Manson pit (especially not when I'm going by myself), so I didn't even try. They'd probably have been sold out anyhow. When we get closer to the day, all kinds of creeps will be coming out of the woodwork who want pit, so don't lose hope. Somebody will trade with you. Find other forums, if you want, but you'll have the best luck here or on eBay. Does eBay allow trades? Like if you listed for $0 dollars and requested a ticket trade at the gate on the night of in the description?
