For Manson's next tour, where are the top venues that you've been to or hear bootlegs of in the US?

If you could pick the top US cities for a Manson show, where would you pick? I expect the larger venues would be better because of a larger crowd. But there could be nice smaller places that he likes better/performs with more energy at.

depending on his new image, either the worchester palladium in MA, or the mass. tweeter center.

Aren't those for bands that, ya know, sell well?

The Tabernacle here in Atlanta is the best place you could see Manson, hands down. Its a very small place so often his entire set can't fit and no pyro, but the intimacy of the venue more than makes up for it.

i loved seeing them at the warfield in san francisco. only holds about 2000. makes for such an intimate show.

the great american music hall in sf would be a great place for marilyn. it only seats about 2 hundred people & it used to be a brothel back in the day.. gonna see bright eyes there next week, so excited.

Aside from the Electric Factory in Philly, I've enjoyed just about every venue Manson has played at. I was 2nd row for the Tabernacle show during the AAG tour. The crowd there was pretty insane, which led to a more energetic performance.

My favorite venue has to be the 930 club in DC. You just can't beat those smaller venues... unless of course they're located in Philly and called Electric Factory.

I'd love to see him at the Ogden or the Bluebird in Denver. Nice small venues, and really close to the band. I haven't been to the Fillmore (although I was supposed to, but no, I was too young to go to GB myself.) Also Red Rocks would be really cool.

Anywhere but Coors I fucking hate that venue.

I saw them in Orlando, FL and they fucking rocked! I wish there was a bootleg of the AAG tour for that show...

Massey Hall in Toronto was definitely worth the drive from Philly. It was the most beautiful venue I have ever seen a band in. I also enjoyed the Tower Theater in Pennsylvania.

The Blossom Music Center outside of Cleveland was one of the most gorgeous and lush venues in which I've ever had the pleasure of seeing any band perform.

Here, see for yourself. (http://www.hob.com/venues/concerts/blossom/)

I'd imagine Manson won't be playing there unless he's on this year's (FREE!!) OzzFest. Or next year's, perhaps.

Well he played at The Riviera in Chicago when I saw him. Even though I did like that place, I think he should either play at the House of Blues or the Congress. That'd be kickass.

The Tower Theater is a great venue, but not for Manson. Seated venues and Manson just don't mesh very well.

The Chicago House of Blues concert hall maxes out at 1,000 people. Not happening (thank fuck).

If Dimmu and Cradle can play there. I don't see why not Manson. Even though it is a small place, it would still be a fun show to go to. Otep played at some shit bar in Mokena too. I don't even know how that could happen.

Thanks a lot everyone. I'm still planning on going to see him in Chicago in front of a big crowd but now I'm also going to see him in a smaller venue.

The Electric Factory in Philly is perfect..standing and not too big.
