Boot definitions and general questions.

In the bootleg section, what does SBD mean as a grading term? All the FM recordings have that and a couple non-FM as well. My only guess is "Still Being Determined" but it's strange that all FM recordings have it.

Also, for "Demos in my lunchbox vol 2", you have a picture of volume 1's back cover.

I have covers to a couple of boots that are listed without covers including volume 2 mentioned above. Where should I send them? I didn't see anything in the FAQ about it.
