Has anyone ever attended a Marilyn Manson concert where any of the following songs has been played:
Target Audience (Holy Wood)
President Dead (Holy Wood)
In the Shadow of the Valley of Death (Holy Wood)
Coma Black (Holy Wood)
Lamb of God (Holy Wood)
User Friendly(Mechanical Animals)
Fundamentally Loathsome (Mechanical Animals)
Dissassociative (Mechanical Animals)
The Last Day on Earth (Mechanical Animals)
Posthuman (Mechanical Animals)
New Model 15(Mechanical Animals)

If you have please desribe the vocals to me, because I find these songs to be some of Marilyn Manson's best vocals in all of his music and I am curious to see if his best vocal songs are performed at the same level. It would be fantastic if anyone had a video. Thank You!

Most of those haven't ever been played.

I'd be very interested in seeing them perform Disassociative live... I'd really love it.

Now, now...don't forget, Manson recited a couple of lines from "Lamb of God" at the Dec. 20th, '04 show in L.A.

Which kind of counts.

Lookin' forward to catchin' SEVERAL more such instances with you!!! It seems like every show I've ever seen with you has resulted in us being treated to a special "first performance." But I know it's really more like two-thirds of the time. But still.

President Dead (live) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XGioYKgidHs)

User Friendly (live) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ib1zKZurDs)

Damn, I know I've seen a few more of the live tracks you're lookin' for on youtube, but I'll be damned if I can find 'em there now.

In more recent years, I wish they had played 'Ka-boom Ka-boom' and 'Spade', it seems to me that MM deliberately leaves his most well thought out songs off the set-lists.

"User Friendly" and "Posthuman" were both staples in the Mechanical Animals Promo Tour. The former was done at least a few times during the RID Tour, as well. "In the Shadow of the Valley of Death" was done at least a handful of times.

Ain't that the truth. The one opportunity to hear underplayed or never-played songs - the AAG Tour - was mostly a rehash. The only song they did that they hadn't in awhile was "Get Your Gunn."

"Spade," by far the best song on GAOG was never done, and the two best from HW - "Target Audience" and "Lamb of God" - never were either.

Doubt that'll happen.

I can't imagine the Manson of now performing songs that he has never done before, it'd be fantastic, but also rather peculiar. If you get what I mean.

"New Model #15" would be excellent of course, but I would KILL to see him perform "Fundamentally Loathsome," the other song from MA that he never brought to the stage.

No offense, but I think you're mixing it up with another song. I think we would've known for sure if it had been played by now.

I remember someone claimed that they played "Kaboom Kaboom" in Japan, but nothing ever surfaced.

Besides using it as a "Sweet Dreams" outro, I don't think they ever did "Long Hard Road Out of Hell" did they? Odd, considering they did a video for it, and they performed the other two soundtrack songs ("Apple of Sodom" and "The Suck for Your Solution").

Manson shouted out some lyrics during some song that I can't remember. But otherwise, they have never played it live.

No.

Only the first seven songs off of GAOG were performed, with the exception of "Para-Noir," and they brought out "The Better of Two Evils" a couple of times. Well, they also played a recording of "Obsequey."

During the Grotesk Burlesk tour I was really hoping that they would bring back sexy songs like User Friendly and I Don't Like The Drugs because I thought they would really go well with GAOG's songs. I was praying for a User Friendly / Slutgarden medley, that'd have been really fuckin sexy.

The worst is that not even Slutgarden was played, nor The Bright Young Things, which I adore. Damn Manson and his lack of creativity for the recent tours setlists!

Yeah, I was extremely disappointed that he stuck to the same three MA songs for the GB Tour. I agree that "User Friendly" and "IDLTD" would've rocked, and perhaps even a live debut of "New Model #15"! At least "IDLTD" was a single, and a popular one at that.

Thinking about it, Manson just does not do justice to some of their best songs.

It's almost a crime that the best tracks are rarely, if ever, played live.

I'm actually hoping that, with the more 'melodic' mood of the next album, some of the overlooked songs from past releases - 'Fundamentally Loathsome', 'Spade', and especially 'In the Shadow of the Valley of Death' or 'Valentine's Day' - will be brought back. I can't see him pulling off a successful segue from a romantic song from Eat Me, Drink Me into a bombastic performance of 'Antichrist Superstar'. Most of his singles are 'rockers'; he'll almost certainly have to replace a few of them with older, melodic songs.

I'm almost certain that 'Fundamentally Loathsome' will be played - it has an incredible guitar solo, and this album is said to be structured around the guitar. It would fit quite well.

That would be amazing if manson did play that song, esp since the new album has alot more to do with guitar solo's then the previous. But chances of that are 97% of him not playing it.. but im with you on the wishlist.

Does anyone here have the set list for Montreal 2003 show ? I tried checking it on the phant but the page is broken http://www.mansonusa.com/txt/?&title=07-28-03+-+Montreal,+Canada&autoformat=yes&src=/bootlegs/include/cd/tgaog/07-28-03.txt
I was at that show and if my memory is correct then I think they played Ka-Boom Ka-Boom. I am probably mistaking.

That was decent. The music was great and everything, just a lackluster performance from Zim Zum and Twiggy.
