Hey kids.

I've been thinking. The boards are slipping off pretty rapidly, and the most recent MM news hasn't really even been newsworthy.

Looking around, this place is polished out, streamlined, all the good shit, it's a haven compared to most other internet forums, even several notable Sailor Moon Fanfiction ones.

But how about this, for a hypothetical, no promises, no budget constraints, just a mindfuck for mindfucking purposes. Consider the massive overhauling of this site[At no point did I say it would be easy, or feasible.] and making it into CelebritarianCorporationUSA or CCUSA.com? MM's section would be the biggest, and would contain the features it does now, but Helnwein would have his own boards, and all the other notable Celebritarians..., straight on down the line, would have their own as well.

That is, assuming there will be a tangible 'CC', or that any of the other members would generate attention enough to even warrant a section.

I was just thinking about it, and I would think that it would bring the people together, nerds across the globe really.

It's probably far, far to big to even consider at this point, even with the budget-free sandbox part of it, I know everyone has lives to live here.

Hmm... I think that the CC fan site idea is an excellent one, but perhaps as a site offshoot rather than a complete overhaul? Because that'd be not only a massive workload, the site just wouldn't feel the same, you know?

But I do agree that an opportunity to learn about and discuss other CC members would be great.

It'd be a bit crowded, what with all the code-interpretation threads there now... although I suppose once the whole thing's got going they may become obsolete.

I think it would be a bit fruitless to change the name because we are still pro-Marilyn Manson the band, the man, the music, the previous eras. not just the new thing that we don't even know much about. I think we'd look like tools.

I could, however, see additions to the "celebritarian" sections, extra forums hidden inside kind of like NIN and music downloads.

you said a while back that you had personally wished manson a happy new year, so i thought you might be aboe to contact him, and if not yo thejn the other board members :P

manson's always payed close attention to his fans, especially in the beggining, so i dont see why he wouldnt host a forum for us, apart from meybe the cost being too much or something...

but when has money been a probelm for someone who owns an OPIUM DEN.

as Nosferatu said, i don't think it's a very productive idea. well, hm.. Celebritarianism is only an era, and it is kind of useless to change the whole site for a 2-3 year period. i, for one, wish the phant a life filled with peace (more or less) and prosperity :)

i am sure that this forum can satisfy the celebritarian needs, without having to change its name..
(although it would be a better way of promoting the concept..)

I have almost no interest in the Celebritarian Corporation, and changing the Phant in any significant way is likely to cause more problems than it would be worth.

Because, like, what would this place be if I stopped coming? ;)
