It's my opinion that Manson's lawsuit plus possibly low sales (I have no idea what it sold) of the first volume scared the record company off from releasing Vol. 2. After the aformentioned lawsuit the cover was changed to exclude cartoonish drawings of the five original band members, which were probably done by Manson. But it's not really worth much. There's plenty of copies out there and they show up often on ebay. They don't go for very much. The changed version is a hell of a lot more rare. I never really thought about that, but you're right, the newer version is even more elusive than the original. As for Vol 2, hopefully a FLAC version will show up somewhere. I'd just DL that and make my own artwork and call it even. I actually DL'ed a FLAC version of it before, but it had mp3 lineage when I checked it out.
