- Preface ; I've got a crush on a pretty pistol, and If I
loved myself I'd be shooting you.
15/1/2
Coma is the unobtainable object of Mansons obsession. The
brighter world. But that beauty is only mechanical and hollow.
I have always had this idea that Manson attaches Reflecting
God to Great Big White World during the live shows is that
he pictures them as holding hands. The Suicide King and his
Manniqueen. They are both guns, transfixed on one another,
stapled to form a crucifix. Like Romeo, and Juliet. They are
beautiful , yet damned. Whether in passion, or virtue. Two
obtuse yet parallel archetypes made perfekt in love, and in
death.
The numerological discography values can be calculated
as Great Big White World + Coma White - Reflecting God =
Coma Black. This all being as Coma White being the reason
for the Kings suicide. "This was never my world , you took
the angel away.I'd kill myself to make everybody pay".
Even Coma Black begins ot with " and as he laid his head in
her lap. The roses fell to the floor, and the world stood still."
But is this death biological or metaphorical? After all Holywood
is the beggining of the story.I would assume metaphorical as
this is what created Anti - Christ Superstar. Which would take
us right back to the Reflecting God. A carnal endless cycle of love
and hate. Killing itself, and getting Born Again. Giving itself the
same meaning. A paradox, and eventually into a contradiction.
To sum it up;
I believe Manson sees Coma as the world. Great Big White World
is a diametrical barrell aiming at the twin barrell , but made out
of the same Holy Wood. "Shoot Shoot Shoot Motherfucker". This
cannot be coincidental. The Love Song is sort of an anthem for
this relationship. A damned vaudvillian in the Dope Show that
will only be remembered as Valentines Day.
